If your cleaning falls on a holiday Cheetahtsc observes, we will contact you prior to your cleaning and reschedual your cleaning for day that suits you .

If you ever need to cancel or skip a cleaning day, just give us a call at least 24 hours ahead of of your scheduled appointment. This will give us time to reassign your cleaning staff.If Cheetahtsc receives less than 24 hour notice, or can’t access your home, it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning .

We understand that you don't want your house keys in the wrong hands, which is why we've set up a secure system to ensure your keys never lose their way. Keys are coded as soon as they enter the office and they are stored in a locked box that only Cheetahtsc management can access. When your cleaning day is scheduled , your coded key is matched with your cleaning staff .
